COACH SOAK 101
Pour 1-2 cups into warm bath water or an ice bath. The soak will dissolve in the water. Soak for 20 minutes, letting the rich minerals absorb through the skin and relieve sore muscles.*
Dissolve 1 cup into a large bowl of warm water. Soak a washcloth in the bowl, then wring out excess water. Apply the washcloth to sore muscles until the washcloth is no longer warm. Repeat 2 or 3 times to help reduce pain and swelling.
Mix a handful with your favorite body oil or wash. Gently massage mixture onto skin to exfoliate dry skin and reveal a softer, healthier complexion.and prevent dryness and irritation.
*For Foot Soaks, pour 1 cup in a large bowl of warm water for a relaxing foot soak. Soak feet for 20 minutes.

I’ve tried a lot of soaks for sore muscles - this one is the best. I lift 5 days per week (currently on an Oly cycle, but also useful after powerlifting, volume training, running, snowshoeing, etc), so minimizing soreness is critical. I’m a huge fan of the Peppermint soak (it also doubles as a decongestant).
I love the cooling effect that goes on with this, surprised me the first time using. The peppermint sent is calming also.
Excellent product and definitely makes you relaxed. I'm not big on oils but this stuff actually makes your skin soft unlike strictly epsom salt bath where I feel dry. Have given several bags as gifts and they love it. Will purchase more for Christmas gifts.
