HOW TO USE
- Muscle Soak: Add 1-2 cups to warm bath water or an ice bath, allowing the flakes to dissolve. Soak for 20 minutes to experience the refreshing effect. For a foot soak, use 1 cup in a large bowl of warm water and soak your feet for 20 minutes.
- Warm Compress: Dissolve 1 cup in a large bowl of warm water. Soak a washcloth, wring out excess water, and apply it to the desired area until it cools. Repeat 2-3 times for optimal relief.
- Body Scrub: Mix a handful of flakes with your favorite body oil or wash to create an invigorating scrub. Gently massage onto the skin to exfoliate and reveal a softer, healthier complexion.

It is a little more pricey than other salts I've purchased but it's awesome. Started a new workout routine and used this on day 3 when it arrived. DEF better than the other salts I used. Lovvveeee it!
