For those who do not care for the sometimes challenging flavor of shilajit, fear not, as these taste nothing like shilajit, or ashwagandha or lion’s mane mushroom for that matter. Instead, they taste like candy, and are sweetened naturally with glucose syrup (so are not sugar free, but at least it is not artificial). The amounts of extracts are small, though, and I wonder if the 20:1 ratio is true, but certainly, the constituents do not negatively impact the flavor. My husband appreciates especially that these gummies do not stick to one another, and are easy to get out of the container.

These are so easy to take (if you like gummy bears) They have a similar texture, and taste more like a treat than a supplement. Most importantly for me, no aftertaste. I like this blend provides multiple support for recovery, energy and focus. I don't need a lot of recovery help just yet in my journey starting off pretty easily. But I do appreciate the noted energy boost

Coach Soak Shilajit Gummies are delicious! I love that they have Irish sea moss, lions, mane, Ashwaganda , and beetroot in them. They are non-GMO which I love and they are also made in the USA. Total sugars for two Gummies, which is one serving is only 4 g. They use real sugar and no fake sugar. We love shilajit because it has so many health benefits! Quality and packaging are also great!

First off, the taste is genuinely delicious — the raspberry-watermelon flavor is spot-on and doesn’t have that weird aftertaste a lot of supplement gummies do. Texture is soft and chewy, not sticky or grainy. Two gummies a day is an easy routine, and I do notice a nice steady energy and focus boost (probably helped by the Lion’s Mane and Ashwagandha combo).The lab-tested purity claim seems legit — I checked the COA link in the listing and it looks clean. No heavy metals, which is a big deal with shilajit.My only reason for docking a star: there are just too many extra ingredients and flavors crammed in here. I originally wanted shilajit gummies for the simplicity and potency of shilajit itself, but with sea moss, beet root, black seed oil, and strong fruit flavoring, it feels more like a superfood party than a true shilajit supplement. The masking is excellent (you barely taste the shilajit), but I miss the raw mineral vibe I get from pure resin.If you’re new to shilajit or hate the tar taste, these are fantastic and probably the best-tasting option out there. If you’re a purist who wants maximum shilajit punch with minimal additives, you might want to stick to resin or capsules. Still a very good product — I’ll finish the bottle — just not a 5-star for my personal needs.
