SOAK A WASHCLOTH IN THE BOWL, THEN WRING OUT EXCESS WATER TO CREATE YOUR COMPRESS.APPLY THE WARM COMPRESS TO YOUR BODY FOR A CALMING, REFRESHING EFFECT.
REPEAT 2–3 TIMES AS PART OF YOUR SELF-CARE RITUAL.
CREATE AN INVIGORATING SCRUB. MIX A HANDFUL OF FLAKES WITH YOUR FAVORITE BODY OIL OR WASH. GENTLY MASSAGE SCRUB ON THE SKIN TO EXFOLIATE AND REVEAL A SOFTER,COMPLEXION.
