Recovery Cream:

The Coach Soak cream absorbs quickly when applied directly to the skin, delivering faster results. Use it during the day for relief or at night to promote muscle relaxation while you sleep.

Bath Soak:

• Muscle Soak: Add 1-2 cups to warm bath water or an ice bath, allowing the flakes to dissolve. Soak for 20 minutes to experience the refreshing effect. For a foot soak, use 1 cup in a large bowl of warm water and soak your feet for 20 minutes.
• Warm Compress: Dissolve 1 cup in a large bowl of warm water. Soak a washcloth, wring out excess water, and apply it to the desired area until it cools. Repeat 2-3 times for optimal relief.
• Body Scrub: Mix a handful of flakes with your favorite body oil or wash to create an invigorating scrub. Gently massage onto the skin to exfoliate and reveal a softer, healthier complexion.
