MUSCLE SOAK

POUR 1-2 CUPS INTO WARM BATH WATER OR AN ICE BATH.
THE SOAK WILL DISSOLVE IN THE WATER.

SOAK IN YOUR BATH FOR 20 MINUTES TO UNLEASH THE REFRESHING EFFECT.

*FOR FOOT SOAKS, POUR 1 CUP IN A LARGE BOWL OF WARM WATER. SOAK FEET FOR 20 MINUTES.

WARM COMPRESS

DISSOLVE 1 CUP INTO A LARGE BOWL OF WARM WATER.

SOAK A WASHCLOTH IN THE BOWL, THEN WRING OUT EXCESS WATER TO CREATE YOUR COMPRESS APPLY THE COMPRESS TO DESIRED AREA UNTIL COMPRESS IS NO LONGER WARM.

REPEAT 2 - 3 TIMES.
