Soak au Magnésium – Bundle Mixte de Sels de Bain

Were were told Magnesium Flake would outperform our beloved Epsom Salts and now we are converts! After much research, I settled on Coach Soak and am no longer shopping around. Love the free samples when purchasing direct, too.

My son used this to soak his feet after basketball practice. He felt so rejuvenated after the soak!

It is a little more pricey than other salts I've purchased but it's awesome. Started a new workout routine and used this on day 3 when it arrived. DEF better than the other salts I used. Lovvveeee it!

Muscle relief great for after a workout

First time using Coach soak it's refreshing ,and better than regular Epsom salts. Cools me down and really relaxes me.

I've used some similar products before, didn't smell as good as this one. I was drawn to it because of the name, which is what I need, muscle recovery as I'm a 60yr old man and after some extreme workouts my body doesn't bounce back the way it used to so I thought this product would help. Did it help? It seems to but I don't have much to compare. I think it'll take some using the product over time to see if it really makes a difference. The only negative I will say it the product didn't ship as quickly as I thought it would, my understanding is you can purchase this at Walmart so I may try that avenue next instead of ordering online.

These are my favorite! When I got sick this last December I think it was the bath soaks with the magnesium that helped me recover twice as quickly! I instantly felt better after each bath. I’ve use it a few times for sore muscles as well. I also feel a difference in recovery compared to epson salt baths.

I love the scent. Makes my skin very soft and is great for my muscle pain and tightness after a workout.

The smell is great and I leave the bath feeling brand new and refreshed.

I bought it for my husband and he said it was effective for his sore muscles. He has been using Teals for years and is hard to impress. He said it was effective and he would be willing to try it again. The smell of the citrus scent was similar to my dog's flea shampoo, but other than that I'll probably just try another scent.

This stuff is the best !! My body aches everyday after long hospital shifts. I soak in this stuff for 20 min and feel so much better. Less achy for sure.I'm going to try some of the other scents too. Buy it!!!!

What I liked most about this product is how it allowed my body to relax and recover. I felt a big difference in my body achiness go away faster using it. Definitely awesome for feet soak too! I stand a lot at work so it's been a big difference in how I feel the next day.However, follow recommended temps to use the product in or you might sweat as you use it and might get a bit light head.Overall, a great product that I would recommend to my friends and family.

I've been working on some hypertrophy programs on Tonal the last few months. Stumbled across Coach Soak and glad I did! The programs have been huge volume so I've had some sore muscles. I've been treating myself to a nice soak on Sunday nights and it has made a world of difference. Can't wait to try out the other scents.

I am not one to give customer feedback on most products but I had to on this one. Used Coach Soak after a workout at the gym and this product is amazing. You feel the difference as soon as you exit the tub and it alleviated the stiffness and usual soreness that I feel later in the day after a workout. Do yourself a favor and purchase Coach Soak you will not be disappointed.

I had heard some great things about soaking in Epsom Salts so this product gave me my first impression. Simply put it exceeded my expectations. The Eucalyptus scent was soothing and muscles feel less inflammed and sore after workouts. Thank You!

Feels nice after a workout or just soreness because of arthritis.

Love these salts, they smell awesome and I get so relaxed I don't want to leave the tub. They truly ease the arthritic pain in my joints. Would recomend to all.

the scents are great, the pain relief is there, it works, it dissolves quickly

The scent is heavenly. Used it for the first time for a bath and it felt AMAZING. I know there are other ways it can be used but I bought strictly for using with baths for back pain and it has been 100% thus far.

I'm a runner and avid exerciser. I've used the eucalyptus and tea tree soak several times now and it's truly effective in helping my muscle recovery. I have a monthly subscription now and highly recommend this product to anyone!

I love this product, it's scent helps with my sinuses and the minerals are amazing to bathe in. I highly recommend this product if you have chronic pain.

I have chronic muscular cramping and pain in my legs and this salt has helped always. I also have plantar fasciitis and this soak has also always helped relieve my feet pain too. It's not a magical remedy that makes pain and stress go away but relieves it about 75%-80% and you can feel the difference. The scent is very refreshing too. My only concern is the price, it is a bit too expensive for me to use for every soak, I reserve this for when I actually need pain/cramping relief. Thanks!

Smells like mint? Its hard to describe, a very soothing scent which is nearly intoxicating in how great it is. Helps with a good soak, wish it included one of those wooden spoon things or a scoop.

I absolutely love the scent but even more the amount of comfort and relief of sore muscles this product gave me. I've been using epsom salts and this knocked it out of the park! I'll never but another product again. I will say though, unless you enjoy the "icy hot" feeling all over your body I suggest another scent. I can't wait to try the lavender.

By far one of the better bath soaks for sore muscles, great scent, and relaxing. Great price and better than the drug/department store buys! Will definitely buy again!
